Role Summary:
We are in search of a seasoned and driven Area Superintendent to lead our hydronics projects. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in hydronic systems, project oversight, and team leadership. In this role, you will ensure that projects are executed on schedule, within financial parameters, and uphold the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Duties:

  • Supervise the installation and upkeep of hydronic systems, encompassing boilers, pumps, piping, and control mechanisms.
  • Oversee multiple hydronics projects concurrently, guaranteeing timely completion and strict compliance with specifications and regulations.
  • Effectively coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, uphold quality standards, and ensure safety compliance.
  • Identify and resolve any challenges or conflicts that may arise throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and detailed reports.
  • Provide training, mentorship, and guidance to project teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and company standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all pertinent regulations, codes, and safety protocols.
  • Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, offering regular updates and addressing any inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in hydronics or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale commercial hydronic projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of hydronic systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.
  • Exceptional project management capabilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as necessary.
