Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented End User Services Specialist to join our team at Syntricate Technologies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Information Technology and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities will include:
- Providing technical support to end users, including troubleshooting and resolving issues with hardware and software.
- Ensuring timely and effective deployment of new software and hardware.
- Managing multiple assignments and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Documenting technical issues and their resolution.
Qualifications include:
- An Associate's degree in Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2 years of experience in Information Technology, with a focus on Windows 11 and cloud-based technical support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
