Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at The Chase Agency LLC. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and team members
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
  • Assist with special projects and events as needed
  • Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all aspects of work

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
