Administrative Assistant Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our office employees at EXCELLENT CARE SERVICE INC. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing exceptional support to our team.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide administrative support to office employees, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a calendar
* Organize meetings, take accurate minutes, and distribute relevant documents
* Develop, update, and maintain relevant office procedures
* Maintain an organized filing system and contribute to company reports
* Utilize Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint to create professional documents and presentations

**Requirements**

* High school diploma/GED required; Associate's degree or administrative training preferred
* Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar position
* Excellent computer skills and knowledge of standard office equipment
* Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects
