Territory Sales and Service Manager

We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales and Service Manager to join our team at Service Tool Co., LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling and servicing a variety of established and potential customers within a given geography.
Key Responsibilities- Sell and service Impulse Hand Tool Displays to accounts such as Ace Hardware, True Value Hardware, and Napa Auto Parts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase sales volume and customer satisfaction.
- Cold call potential new customers to expand our customer base.
- Transmit product orders, inventory, and daily sales to ensure timely delivery and accurate reporting.
- Communicate regularly with customers on new products or service offerings, and service issues and complaints.
- Resolve issues within company guidelines and provide excellent customer service.
- Must have transportation and be willing to travel overnight occasionally.
- Experience in sales and service is preferred, but not necessary.
- Strong salesmanship and communication skills are essential.
- Ability to build solid, lasting relationships with customers.
- Willingness to make cold calls and sell new accounts.
- A strong desire to succeed and meet sales targets.
