Parts Sales and Inventory Manager

The Parts Sales Lead position at Bass Pro Shops is a crucial role that requires excellent customer service skills, inventory management expertise, and effective communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide world-class customer service, ensuring a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers.
- Inventory Management: Maintain and control boat, motor, trailer, and ATV parts inventory, including receiving and storing shipments, performing data entry, and tracking inventory levels.
- Training and Supervision: Assist in training support staff and supervise work performed by parts support positions.
- Sales and Transactions: Process part sales transactions, handle customer inquiries, and research product information using internet sites, manufacturer contacts, or on-site reference materials.
- Purchase Orders and Reconciliation: Create purchase orders to buy parts needed for stock, customer, or work order requirements, receive and verify shipments, and perform till reconciliation procedures daily.
- Education: High School education or equivalent experience.
- Skills: Ability to calculate figures, communicate professionally, operate a computer, and establish effective working relationships with management, coworkers, and customers.
