At Pluck, we're seeking a highly motivated Sales Performance Manager to join our dynamic sales team. As a key player, you'll drive sales growth, foster strong relationships with customers, and contribute to our company's mission to deliver exceptional service.
About the Role
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets
- Collaborate with the Territory Sales Manager to set and achieve sales forecasts
- Maintain and deepen relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales
- Onboard and develop new customers, ensuring a seamless experience
- Qualify customer needs, assigning tasks to Account Coordinators or completing personally
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in business-to-business sales or prospecting sales environment
- Highly motivated and target-driven
- Excellent prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
- Open to feedback and committed to growth
- Technically-minded and a problem solver
- Basic PC skills and experience with Google Apps
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to excellence and high standards
