Responsibilities
  • Oversee the development and implementation of running club programs in our stores, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all participants.
  • Recruit and manage a team of coaches and mentors, providing guidance and support to help them succeed.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to promote new products and services to our running club members.
  • Secure training venues and manage logistics for events and programs.
  • Communicate effectively with participants, coaches, and team members to ensure a positive and engaging experience.
Qualifications
  • Available to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Demonstrated track record of cold calling and building grassroots relationships.
  • Coaching or personal training experience preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, with a focus on delivering results.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for building relationships and fostering a positive team culture.
