Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator II to join our team at Shilts CPA, PLLC. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will provide exceptional support to our leadership team and play a critical role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing front desk operations, and performing various administrative tasks as needed.

Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our leadership team, including preparing correspondence, making travel arrangements, and coordinating meetings.
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, greeting clients, and handling mail and packages.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Assist with special projects and events as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a professional services firm.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
