Branch Administration Assistant

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Branch Administration Assistant to support our mortgage operations at our Ocala Branch office. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our branch.

About the Position
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events for our mortgage team.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records, reports, and presentations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders.
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for visitors, clients, and vendors.
Requirements
  • High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred.
  • 1+ year of administrative experience, preferably in a mortgage or financial setting.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative software.

The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, based on industry standards and market conditions in Ocala, FL.
