Mortgage Operations Coordinator

About the Job
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings with our team.
  • Prepare and organize documents and correspondence for our mortgage clients.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating branch events, meetings, and promotional activities.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients and handle inquiries regarding mortgage services.
  • Order, maintain, and organize office supplies for multiple locations.
  • Greet visitors, clients, and vendors, providing a positive first impression.
  • Assist with data entry and communication.
Requirements
  • High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of administrative experience, ideally in a mortgage or financial setting.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on industry standards and market conditions in Ocala, FL.
