We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team at BHHS Florida Realty. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our branch office, including processing listing and sales contracts, maintaining client databases, and performing daily office tasks.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Process listing and sales contracts, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports as needed.
  • Perform daily office tasks, including mail distribution, accounts payable and receivable, and petty cash reconciliations.
  • Maintain office appearance, greet visitors, schedule appointments, and answer switchboard calls.

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; secondary education preferred.
  • Three years of clerical or administrative experience.
  • Strong computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

**Compensation and Benefits:** We offer a competitive salary of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) with employer match.
