Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Service Representative to join our team at Patient First. As a Patient Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Registration and Scheduling: Accurately register patients, verify demographic and insurance information, and schedule appointments in a timely manner.
  • Patient Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the clinical team, including data entry, filing, and scanning medical documents.
  • Cash Management: Collect payments, issue receipts, and reconcile cash transactions at the end of each shift.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and staff, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum one year of clerical experience preferred.
  • Skills: Basic typing skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
