We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Patient Services Representative 3 Lead to join our team at UC Davis Health System. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support services, while also serving as a leader and mentor to our staff.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of patient services representatives to ensure excellent patient care and support services.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve patient satisfaction and experience.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Provide training and guidance to staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent patient care.
- Monitor and analyze patient satisfaction and experience data to identify areas for improvement.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a patient services or healthcare setting, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field.
- Experience with electronic medical records and other healthcare software systems.
- Certification in a healthcare-related field, such as medical assisting or patient services.
