**Job Summary**

At National Seating & Mobility, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our branch administration team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and referral sources.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide timely and effective responses to client inquiries and requests, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with branch staff and clients/caregivers to schedule client/referral source evaluations, deliveries, and repairs.
  • Assist with the completion of work orders, including verification of client information, equipment detail entry, and eligibility for funding.
  • Perform data entry and filing of documents, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Assist with physical inventory and provide clerical support for the preparation of inventory documentation.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures, attending training sessions and completing online courses as assigned.

**Requirements**

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer software and hardware, with experience in data entry and filing.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
