Customer Assistance Representative Sr Job Description

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a highly skilled Customer Assistance Representative Sr to provide exceptional customer service and support to our internal and external customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their rental needs, providing administrative support, and acting as a backup in a large home city branch or airport location.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level customer service by assisting customers and assessing their rental needs in person and over the phone.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls, including reservations, rate quotes, and general questions and answers.
  • Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner, providing directions and general assistance as needed.
  • Process returns, check-ins, and exit kiosk transactions, ensuring accurate and efficient service.
  • Effectively market the company while picking up customers and/or dropping off customers in a safe and courteous manner.
  • Understand and communicate rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and other services to customers.
  • May sell optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and other additional equipment to customers.
  • Responsible for notifying management of any known vehicle problems and required vehicle maintenance.
  • Perform various administrative and basic accounting functions, including research and billing support tasks, accounts receivables, transfer and key logs, and running miscellaneous reports.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Must have two years of college experience or at least two years of customer service experience.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position.
  • The ability to operate a motor vehicle is an essential function of this position. Applicants must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
