Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize maintenance work orders for MEP, HVAC, boilers, and chillers.
  • Ensure compliance with all contract obligations and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with managing labor costs, supply costs, and inventories.
  • Maintain and use capital equipment efficiently.
  • Support the effective implementation of the comprehensive Safety Plan and drive full compliance of all safety rules, guidelines, and protocols.
  • Conduct operational audits and ensure a high level of execution and compliance.
  • Drive operational efficiencies, labor/scheduling productivity, and support compliance with Aramark Facilities Services and regulatory agency standards.

Requirements

  • Requires at least 2 years of experience and 0-2 years in a management role.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Healthcare and Joint Commission experience preferred.
