About the Role

Nestle Operational Services Worldwide SA is seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team. As a Maintenance Planner, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities. Your primary responsibility will be to plan and process maintenance work orders, coordinating with project teams to execute work with appropriate cost, quality, and timing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day maintenance activities within our Automated Maintenance Management (AMM) systems
  • Plan and schedule all maintenance work, coordinating implementation using SAP module (AMM system)
  • Utilize and maintain Maintenance Management System to schedule maintenance work and the Preventive maintenance Program
  • Monitor equipment operating to determine work order requirements and prioritize work by shift
  • Create preventative maintenance task lists and plans for associated equipment
  • Supervise the maintenance work force in the absence of the shift supervisor
  • Coordinate the planning and budgeting of the annual plant shutdown maintenance projects with the assistance of the Maintenance staff
  • Develop and maintain complete Maintenance library of all project files, equipment maintenance and operating manuals, drawings, and catalog
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 3+ years in industrial plant maintenance, maintenance planning systems, or a related field
  • 1+ year of leadership experience
What We Offer

Nestle Operational Services Worldwide SA offers a competitive salary range of $54,000 to $95,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
