Job Summary
Nestle Operational Services Worldwide SA is seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team. As a Maintenance Planner, you will be responsible for planning and processing maintenance work orders, coordinating availability, and directing the activities of project teams to complete projects with appropriate cost, quality, and timing.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on planning and scheduling of all maintenance work and coordinate implementation using SAP module (AMM system).
- Ability to utilize and maintain Maintenance Management System to schedule maintenance work and the Preventive maintenance Program.
- Ability to monitor equipment operating to determine work order requirements and prioritize work by shift.
- Ability to create preventative maintenance task lists and plans for associated equipment.
- Will supervise the maintenance work force in the absence of the shift supervisor.
- Responsible for coordinating the planning and budgeting of the annual plant shutdown maintenance projects with the assistance of the Maintenance staff.
- Develop and maintain complete Maintenance library of all project files, equipment maintenance and operating manuals, drawings, and catalog.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 3+ years in industrial plant maintenance, maintenance planning systems, or a related field.
- 1+ year of leadership experience.
What We Offer
Nestle Operational Services Worldwide SA offers a competitive salary range of $54,000 to $95,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
