Maintenance Planner

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team at Nestle Purina PetCare Company. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities.

• Plan and process maintenance work orders to ensure timely completion of projects
• Coordinate availability and direct the activities of project teams to execute work with appropriate cost, quality, and timing
• Manage day-to-day maintenance activities within our Automated Maintenance Management (AMM) systems
• Work on planning and scheduling of all maintenance work and coordinate implementation using SAP module (AMM system)
• Ability to utilize and maintain Maintenance Management System to schedule maintenance work and the Preventive maintenance Program
• Ability to monitor equipment operating to determine work order requirements and prioritize work by shift
• Ability to create preventative maintenance task lists and plans for associated equipment
• Will supervise the maintenance work force in the absence of the shift supervisor
• Responsible for coordinating the planning and budgeting of the annual plant shutdown maintenance projects with the assistance of the Maintenance staff
• Develop and maintain complete Maintenance library of all project files, equipment maintenance and operating manuals, drawings, and catalog

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 3+ years in industrial plant maintenance, maintenance planning systems, or a related field
• 1+ year of leadership experience
