COMPENSATION

Salary is based on experience and education.

  • Service Coordinator I: $26.78/hr. (Bachelor's degree required)
  • Service Coordinator IIIB: $31.43/hr. (Master's degree and 1-year post-masters experience required)
  • Service Coordinator IIIA: $34.71/hr. (Master's degree and 2-years post-masters experience required)

The final salary offered will depend on various factors, including skills, education, experience, and other relevant job-related elements. It is uncommon for a new hire to start at or near the top of the salary range for this position.

POSITION SUMMARY

ACRC is in search of a Service Coordinator to deliver case management and advocacy for individuals experiencing developmental delays within the Early Intervention framework. This role involves providing support for children from birth to three years old who may have developmental delays, established risk conditions, or are at high risk for developmental disabilities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting psychosocial and developmental screening assessments in the home setting.
  • Collaborating with families and agencies to develop Individual Family Service Plans (IFSP).
  • Coordinating services for infants and their families.
  • Assessing ongoing eligibility of clients at age three.
  • Completing necessary documentation and reports in compliance with regulations and ACRC policies.
  • Participating in rotating officer-of-the-day duties with fellow Service Coordinators.
  • Assisting colleagues with special projects and unique challenges.

QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or a related discipline, exhibit exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, and possess strong organizational and time management abilities. A minimum of one year of professional experience in social work or a related field, preferably in developmental disabilities, is preferred. Additional qualifications may apply. Proficiency in Spanish or Punjabi is preferred.
