With a workforce of approximately 700 professionals across eight offices in a ten-county region, ACRC is one of 21 Regional Centers in California.

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE

Compensation varies based on experience and educational background.

  • Service Coordinator I: $26.78/hr. (Bachelor's degree required)
  • Service Coordinator IIIB: $31.43/hr. (Master's degree and 1-year post-master's experience required)
  • Service Coordinator IIIA: $34.71/hr. (Master's degree and 2-years post-master's experience required)

The final salary offered will be influenced by various factors including skills, education, experience, and other relevant job-related criteria. Typically, new hires do not start at the upper end of the salary range.

POSITION OVERVIEW

ACRC is currently seeking a Service Coordinator to deliver case management and advocacy services for individuals experiencing developmental delays within the Early Intervention framework. This role involves working with children from birth to three years old who may have developmental delays, established risk conditions, or are at high risk for developmental disabilities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting psychosocial and developmental screening assessments in the child's home environment.
  • Collaborating with families and agencies to develop Individual Family Service Plans (IFSP).
  • Coordinating services for infants and their families.
  • Assessing ongoing eligibility of clients as they reach age three.
  • Completing all necessary documentation and reports in compliance with regulations and ACRC policies.
  • Participating in officer-of-the-day duties alongside other Service Coordinators.
  • Assisting colleagues with special projects and unique challenges.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or a related discipline. A minimum of one year of professional experience in social work or a related field, preferably in developmental disabilities, is preferred. Additional qualifications may apply. Spanish or Punjabi language skills are preferred.
