Core Responsibilities of a BOH Team Member:

  • Welcoming guests and proactively assisting those in need

  • Handling restaurant phone inquiries and processing occasional orders

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • High motivation and a sense of accountability
  • Ability to uphold cleanliness, sanitation, and personal hygiene standards
  • Consistently demonstrate exceptional customer service skills
  • Capable of being physically active for extended periods
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for 8 consecutive hours
  • Utilize core muscles for support during tasks
  • Coordinate movements of limbs while performing duties
  • Maintain arm and hand positions while executing tasks
  • Lift, push, pull, or carry heavy items regularly
  • Lift 50lbs or more consistently
  • Adapt to various temperature environments, including cold storage and cooking areas
  • Work efficiently according to task demands
