Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the office team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
  • Answer incoming phone calls, route them to the appropriate person, and take accurate messages
  • Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, and organize meetings
  • Write and distribute emails, memos, and letters as needed
  • Contribute to company reports and maintain accurate records
  • Develop and update office procedures to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Post social media campaigns to promote the company's brand and services

Requirements
  • Administrative training or degree preferred
  • Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
  • Familiarity with standard office equipment and software, including Microsoft Office
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
