We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide support to our travel consultants. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Responsibilities- Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate person
- Schedule appointments and maintain a calendar
- Organize meetings and take accurate minutes
- Write emails, memos, and letters and distribute them appropriately
- Gather data for reports
- Maintain an organized G suite system
- Develop, update, and maintain relevant office procedures
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar position
- Familiarity with standard office equipment such as printers and fax machines
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, Google Suite preferred
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects
This is a part-time role that is great for college students. We are open 9-9, so flexibility is no problem.
