About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR and Talent Acquisition Manager to drive our recruitment efforts and support essential HR functions. This is a full-time position that requires a strong understanding of recruitment processes, talent pipelines, and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
  • Develop and implement effective talent pipelines to ensure a steady supply of qualified candidates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends and best practices.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment-related matters.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment and HR management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing recruitment processes and talent pipelines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
