Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter / Sourcer to join our dynamic team at AMSYS INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying and attracting top talent by sourcing, screening, and engaging with potential candidates across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior recruiters to understand the hiring needs and requirements for various positions.
  • Utilize a range of sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, networking, and direct outreach, to identify potential candidates.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate fit and interest.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems.
  • Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating communication between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Provide administrative support to the recruiting team, including posting job openings and managing job advertisements.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms and job boards to source candidates.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced recruiting environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a recruiting or sourcing role is a plus.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Strong networking skills and the ability to engage with passive candidates.
