Job Title: Women's Lacrosse Team Leader

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to oversee the Women's Lacrosse program at Post University. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in intercollegiate athletics, with a strong focus on developing student-athletes and promoting academic excellence.

Responsibilities:
* Lead the Women's Lacrosse program and oversee all aspects of team operations
* Recruit and hire qualified student-athletes
* Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance player performance
* Collaborate with coaches and staff to ensure a positive and supportive team culture

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree and 4-6 years of experience in intercollegiate athletics or a related field
* Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire others
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
