As a Member Development Specialist, you will play a critical role in our community outreach team, working closely with borrowers and members to deliver exceptional customer service and drive membership growth.

About the Role:

  • Customer Service:** Provide high-level customer support and build meaningful relationships with borrowers and members to drive membership growth and business development.
  • Outreach Activities:** Conduct a variety of outreach activities to recruit and retain new members, including communication by call, email, or other means to set expectations and build strong relationships.
  • Loan Management:** Monitor members' loan amounts and related activities, including compliance with loan criteria, disbursements, collection of repayments, and reconciling daily payments.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: Minimum of High School diploma or equivalency preferred, or two years of relevant work experience required.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency in English and Spanish, excellent customer service communication skills, strong work ethics, and multi-tasking ability.
