Job Description: Division II Lacrosse Program Director

**About the Job:**
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to serve as the Division II Lacrosse Program Director at Post University. The successful candidate will have a strong background in intercollegiate athletics, with a focus on developing and implementing effective programs that promote student-athlete success.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement comprehensive programs to enhance student-athlete performance and well-being
* Recruit and retain top talent, including student-athletes, coaches, and support staff
* Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that promotes academic excellence and personal growth
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement departmental strategies and initiatives

Requirements:
* Master's degree and 5-7 years of experience in intercollegiate athletics or a related field
* Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire others
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per year
