Women's Soccer Program Director

An exciting opportunity to lead a highly competitive women's soccer team at Post University awaits the right candidate.
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced head coach to oversee the activities of our successful Women's Soccer program. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, administrative and coaching experience, and a commitment to NCAA Division II guidelines and regulations.
- The head coach will be responsible for planning and directing training sessions, assessing player abilities, and developing strategies to achieve athletic excellence.
- This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to communicate effectively, and a proven track record of recruiting and hiring qualified student-athletes.
The salary for this position is estimated at $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
Job ResponsibilitiesThe head coach will be responsible for:
- Providing direction and oversight for the Women's Soccer program and activities.
- Developing and supervising part-time coaching staff, including shared responsibility training, mentoring, and evaluating coaches and athletics staff.
- Initiating and coordinating the certification of academic and health eligibility of all student-athletes.
The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, be able to use data for decision-making, and maintain a metrics-based organization.
