Job Summary:

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst serves as a key member of the clinical team, providing support, guidance, direction, and supervision to assigned Behavior Technicians. Responsibilities include conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs), overseeing treatment planning, conducting observations and fidelity checks on staff, organizing and analyzing data, reviewing treatment plans, developing and implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs, communicating with funding sources, and delivering training to parents and staff.

Key Qualifications:

  • A Master's degree or higher in education or a related field
  • A valid BCBA or BCBA-D certification
  • Licensure as a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Connecticut or willingness to obtain licensure
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in-home or center-based settings
  • At least 3 years of experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
  • A valid driver's license and proof of valid car insurance
