Catholic Charities is a leader in providing quality early childhood education and care to families in need. We are seeking an experienced Preschool Teacher Leader to join our team in this key role.
The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated educator to lead our preschool program. As a Preschool Teacher Leader, you will be responsible for providing high-quality education and care to young children, while also supervising and supporting our teaching team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners
- Supervise and support teaching assistants to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional care
- Collaborate with families to ensure their child's needs are met and goals are achieved
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with young children
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
