Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our branch administration team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing phone requests, and coordinating with clients and staff to ensure seamless delivery of our mobility solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and professional responses to client inquiries and requests.
- Coordinate with branch staff and clients to schedule appointments and deliveries.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and inventory management.
