Sales Director for the Eastern United States

Salt Security is seeking a seasoned sales leader to join our team as a Regional Director of Sales for the Eastern United States. In this critical role, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts in the East region, driving revenue growth, and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and grow the customer base.
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to drive performance and success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners in the Eastern region.
  • Oversee sales activities, including new logo acquisition, cross-sell, upsell, and renewals.

As a Regional Director of Sales, you will work closely with our executive team to develop and execute comprehensive sales plans, conduct market analysis, and prioritize sales opportunities. You will also collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute effective sales campaigns and promotions, and work with Channel and Alliance leadership to explore strategic partnerships and alliances to expand the company's market reach.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management, with a focus on the Eastern United States. They will possess strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to analyze data and trends to inform decision-making. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is also a must.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a benefits package that includes health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
