ABOUT THE ROLE

A Style Consultant is enthusiastic about operational excellence and delivering an exceptional guest experience, bringing the essence of style to life through engaging in-store displays that facilitate effortless self-discovery. Style Consultants are approachable and attentive, ready to assist guests on the sales floor and in fitting rooms. They ensure the sales floor is well-stocked with the right products, accurately priced, and clearly signed, showcasing the appropriate sizes, styles, and colors across various departments including Apparel & Accessories, Home, and Seasonal.

As a Style Consultant, you will gain:

  • Insight into our guest service principles and experience fostering a guest-first culture throughout the store.
  • Understanding of retail fundamentals, including sales trends, inventory management, guest shopping behaviors, pricing strategies, and visual merchandising basics.
  • Awareness of industry trends related to style, seasonality, and brand differentiation.

  • Maintaining product availability by keeping the sales floor organized and replenished, ensuring a guest-ready shopping experience.
  • Staying informed on trends and executing visual merchandising standards to create an inviting shopping environment.
  • Utilizing fitting rooms to inspire guests and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Being knowledgeable about store tools, products, and services to enhance the guest experience.
  • Balancing task completion with guest engagement.
  • Adapting to product assortment changes and ensuring the area remains appealing year-round.
  • Taking ownership of assigned areas to ensure the sales floor is well-zoned and stocked.
  • Executing pricing changes and maintaining accurate promotional signage.
  • Conducting inventory accuracy checks and fulfilling replenishment needs.
  • Maintaining backroom organization according to standards.
  • Prioritizing guest interactions while managing tasks effectively.
