Key Responsibilities:

As an Outside Sales Representative for Cape Electrical, you will be responsible for selling MRO line products in assigned areas or territories. This includes creating new accounts and speaking directly with customers to explain the features and merits of our products and services.

Product Knowledge:

You will be expected to demonstrate products or services and provide assistance in the best application of our products. Additionally, you will answer all questions concerning a product or service, making appropriate referrals when necessary.

Administrative Tasks:

You will submit time and expense reports to management and investigate product/service warranty claims to ensure resolution within our organization's policies.

Analysis and Reporting:

You will analyze and interpret records of present and past sales, trends, and costs, as well as estimated and realized revenue, administrative commitments, and obligations incurred for management.

Customer Interaction:

You will contact prospects and explain the features and merits of our products and services, utilizing persuasive sales techniques. You may also coordinate company technical engineering support and services to ascertain customers' needs.
