About this role:

This position in our In-House Agency will be responsible for leading the development of integrated marketing campaigns that support the Consumer Lending businesses. The successful candidate will collaborate with key stakeholders to craft creative solutions that drive customer acquisition and engagement. This role can be based in Charlotte, NC or Minneapolis, MN and requires in-office presence 3 days a week. The Wells Fargo job profile is Senior Marketing Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns in support of Consumer Lending
  • Craft actionable creative briefs that inspire great work
  • Collaborate with creative teams to deliver work that is on brief and on budget
  • Work with marketing partners on immediate needs and long-term planning
  • Lead with a customer-focused mindset, delivering work grounded in customer insights

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of Marketing, E-business, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working for an advertising, branding, or marketing agency
  • Experience driving omnichannel campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels
  • Experience managing relationships and collaborating with external agencies
  • Experience executing direct mail marketing campaigns
  • Experience consulting and influencing senior leaders, partners, and peers
  • Experience presenting information in a manner that enhances understanding at all levels
  • Experience working on campaigns with dynamic content and/or programmatic advertising
