Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years in consulting, either internally or externally
  • At least 5 years of experience in the energy sector
  • Over 10 years of project or program management experience, particularly in large-scale transformations using various methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, CI/CD, etc.)
  • 5+ years in process improvement initiatives; Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus
  • Experience in leading teams, collaborating with colleagues, identifying project requirements, and ensuring accountability
  • Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication skills for conveying complex concepts to executives, both verbally and in writing
  • Able to work independently as well as in a collaborative team setting
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and managing multiple projects
  • Proven track record in fostering client account growth
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve client issues
  • Experience in expanding professional networks through strategic relationship building
  • A Bachelor's Degree is preferred
