Aon Transaction Solutions (ATS) specializes in the brokerage of transaction liability insurance products, including Representations & Warranties, Tax, Litigation, and other contingent risks, primarily within M&A transactions.

We are looking for a Vice President of Brokerage Services to collaborate with senior team members on the Reps & Warranties team, facilitating the execution of insurance placements for our corporate and private equity clients.

Your Role as a Vice President of Brokerage Services

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior brokers throughout the entire deal process, from initial client engagement to transaction closure.
  • Assist senior brokers on significant projects focused on critical initiatives.
  • Conduct analyses for meetings with private equity and corporate clients, as well as insurance carriers and internal teams.
  • Foster relationships within the Transaction Solutions team and across Aon, while building trust with clients and carrier partners.
Qualifications and Expertise

Essential Experience:

  • Background in Finance, Accounting, or Data Analytics through coursework or internships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong presentation, reporting, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Willingness to obtain a Broker's License within the first year of employment.
Educational Background:
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Compensation Transparency:

The salary range for this position is between $100,000 and $135,000 annually, with actual compensation varying based on education, experience, skills, and internal equity.

This role is eligible for participation in Aon's annual incentive plans, which provide opportunities for discretionary bonuses in addition to base salary.
