The Executive Vice President (EVP), National Brokerage Leader for CLevelCrossing will embody the essence of this premiere global luxury brand that spans 1,000 offices in 75 countries with 24,000 sales associates and $150 Billion in annual sales volume in 2020, a 32% increase in sales growth. As a result of our expansive growth and our commitment to our affiliated agents, our employees and our clients we are seeking an Executive Vice President National Brokerage Leader to lead our company owned operations with direct responsibility for 45 brokerage offices nationally. In this role, you will establish and lead a strategy for local market positioning and long-term growth by effectively driving accountability in the areas of recruitment, retention and profit. Key Responsibilities:

  • The successful Executive Vice President, CLevelCrossing National Brokerage is an inspirational, growth-minded, senior executive responsible for achieving market share growth with financial and operational performance for our premiere global luxury brand.
  • The EVP leads all brokerage operations in geographies to include key markets in New York City, Hamptons, Greenwich, Cape Cod, Houston, Palm Beach, Santa Fe and Southern & Northern California.
  • Reporting to the President & CEO of CLevelCrossing the EVP will drive sales growth and internal operations, lead a direct report team of 3 Regional Vice Presidents and 8 Branch Managers and their teams focused on driving organic growth and maximizing the territory's market share and income growth.
  • The EVP is an integral member of CLevelCrossing Senior Leadership team and as such plays a key role in developing national strategic plans that include innovative and dynamic approaches to the business to ensure we maintain and grow our strong luxury presence over the competition.
  • With national responsibility for the CLevelCrossing brokerage business, you also collaborate and work closely with CLevelCrossing senior leadership and our functional teams in marketing, operations, finance, legal, tech and human resources.
  • A critical component of this executive role is to demonstrate key leadership competencies such as building capability, driving accountability, execution, and innovation, in addition to aspirational sales leadership.

Your Qualifications:

  • Industry Thought Leader, with considerable progressive sales and management experience in residential real estate; Broker in Charge and previous brokerage management and/or real estate ownership preferred with luxury presence strongly desired.
  • Leader and Coach, with proven ability to effectively manage all levels of the organization; train, motivate, and lead, Regional Vice Presidents, Branch Managers, employees, and sales associates in accordance with company practices.
  • Business savvy, with strong financial and operating acumen including demonstrated profit and loss responsibility, trending analysis, and operational improvement initiative execution.
  • Outstanding communicator, with excellent oral and written communication skills; influential speaker whether addressing large, public groups or individuals.
  • Technologically proficient and interest, with working knowledge of various platforms and use cases. Willing and able to lead by example in navigating, learning, and effectively using new programs and platforms, including social media.
