Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at Puente Hills Hyundai. Requirements:

Strong emphasis on creativity, collaboration, and unwavering drive to reach objectives
Develop new business opportunities within the automotive industry leveraging a minimum of 3 years of experience
Proactively pursue leads from VinSolutions and third-party sources to drive business growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to foster business expansion

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should possess more than 3 years of relevant experience in business development specifically within the automotive sector
Ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets is a non-negotiable requirement
Effective performance in this role hinges on strong communication and negotiation capabilities
Proficiency in problem-solving and analytical skills is essential for excelling in this position
Must demonstrate competence in US Work Authorization and meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years old

Compensation:
$54,000 - $85,000 yearly
