WHITTINGHAM is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Sales Representative. Key Responsibilities:

  • Service and grow our existing client base.
  • Research and pursue new business opportunities in the B2B sector.
  • Supervise and manage team activity and results.
  • Train and develop incoming team members on our systems and processes.
  • Provide daily reporting of field activity using our Salesforce-based CRM.
  • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
  • Passion for helping people and developing relationships.
  • Sales or customer service experience.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Desire to be active in the community.
  • Knowledge of CRMs, preferably Salesforce.

Licensing Requirements:

  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
  • Clean background and own transportation are necessary.
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
