ManTech is actively seeking a committed Senior Cybersecurity Technology Analyst to enhance our operations. This role is available in various locations within the DMV area. We welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds to explore this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Cyber Innovation Lead in collecting and disseminating insights within the Defensive Cyber Operations (DCO) team.
  • Collaborate with academic institutions, program partners, and research organizations within the DoD and IC to remain updated on advancements in the DCO sector.
  • Engage with the Technical Direction Letter (TDL) and Mission Engagement Leads to understand the DCO requirements of Mission Partners.
  • Conduct market analysis, foster academic partnerships, and engage with industry leaders to promote innovation in cybersecurity technologies.
  • Assess the performance of emerging technologies in detail; document advancements in the knowledge repository; and facilitate their transition to further development and operational use.
  • Guide and mentor junior team members while adhering to the directives of the Cyber Innovation Lead.

Basic Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree along with a minimum of five (5+) years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in a defensive cyber operations (DCO) unit within the DoD/IC.
  • In the absence of a degree, an additional four (4) years of experience is required.
  • For candidates with an Associate's degree, an extra two (2) years of experience is necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Possession of recognized industry certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or GCIH.

Clearance Requirements:

  • An active TS/SCI clearance is essential for this role.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to remain seated for over 50% of the workday.
  • Strong communication skills with colleagues and superiors are crucial.
  • Regular use of computers and office equipment is expected.
  • Engagement with team members, management, and clients may involve presentations.
  • Occasional mobility within the office setting is required.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $121,800-$204,100. Various factors influence final compensation, including Contract Wage Determination, experience, skills, location, education, and certifications.
