About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cybersecurity Technology Analyst to join our team at ManTech. As a key member of our defensive cyber operations unit, you will play a critical role in safeguarding our nation's security while working on cutting-edge projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Cyber Innovation Lead in gathering and sharing knowledge with the team in Defensive Cyber Operations (DCO)
  • Collaborate with program partners, academia, and DoD and IC research organizations to stay informed on the latest developments in the DCO field
  • Engage with the Technical Direction Letter (TDL) and Mission Engagement Leads to stay abreast of Mission Partner DCO requirements
  • Assist in market research, academic outreach, and industry engagement to drive innovation in cyber technology
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of new technologies at a detailed level; document innovations in the knowledge base; and facilitate their transition to further development and operations
  • Supervise and mentor team members and follow guidance from the Cyber Innovation Lead

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and at least five (5+) years of relevant experience
  • Experience in a DoD/IC defensive cyber operations (DCO) unit
  • If no degree, an additional four (4) years of experience are required
  • If holding an Associate's degree, an extra two (2) years of experience are needed

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Valid industry standard certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or GCIH

Clearance Requirements:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance is necessary for this position

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to sit for more than 50% of the time
  • Effective communication with peers and higher-ups is essential
  • Regular operation of a computer and office equipment is expected
  • Interact with colleagues, management, and clients, potentially involving presentations
  • Occasional movement within the office environment is required

Compensation:

The estimated salary range for this role is $121,800-$204,100. Various factors affect final compensation, including Contract Wage Determination, experience, skills, location, education, and certifications.
