Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager at Ecolab, you will have the opportunity to take on some of the world's most meaningful challenges, helping customers achieve clean water, safe food, and healthy environments. You will work with the world's most recognized and iconic brands, leveraging your sales expertise to drive new customer acquisition and manage significant deal volume and target account pipelines.
About the Role
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of the sales process and a proven track record of success. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, targeting prioritized opportunities and responding to inbound lead generation. You will also collaborate with internal stakeholders to win new business and transition customers to account management teams responsible for post-sales support.
What You Will Do
- Drive new customer acquisition and manage significant deal volume and target account pipelines
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans, targeting prioritized opportunities
- Respond to inbound lead generation and leverage sales experience and skills to close new accounts
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to win new business
- Transition customers to account management teams responsible for post-sales support
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Five years of technical sales or field sales support experience
- Possess a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
- Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role
