Job Title: Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team at Coda Search│Staffing. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing the operational and technical aspects of assigned accounts, ensuring seamless service integration and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage account operations, ensuring execution aligns with customer SOPs and requirements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with global customers and regions, with regular customer interaction.
  • Develop deep understanding of customer business and supply chain needs.
  • Drive operational excellence, SOP compliance, and continuous improvement.
  • Create performance scorecards and maintain KPIs for operational processes.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement proactive solutions to improve service levels.
  • Monitor performance to meet customer and contractual requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to operational, regulatory, and administrative policies.
  • Execute strategic customer initiatives to drive process improvements and long-term value.
  • Identify and implement revenue-generating opportunities for new and existing business.
  • Manage implementation projects and resolve EDI issues.
  • Participate in control tower discussions, sharing best practices globally and regionally.
  • Utilize Infor Nexus for workflow management and create customer reports for business intelligence.
  • Prepare and facilitate quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
  • Ensure effective resource and equipment management.
Requirements:
  • BS in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or Project Management
  • 3-5+ years of experience in 3PL operations and account management
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Ability to convert Excel data into PowerPoint presentations
  • Knowledge of Infor Nexus is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with coworkers and vendors at all levels
Travel Requirements:

Approx. 25-35% travel required per year (domestic and international)
