Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at UofL Health. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our department, ensuring smooth operations on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering phones, greeting appointments, and visitors.
  • Maintain accurate schedules of meetings and appointments, ensuring timely and efficient coordination.
  • Prepare expense reports, reconciling charges with receipts, and ensuring compliance with UofL Health policy requirements.
  • Offer clerical support, including composing routine correspondence, maintaining office supplies, copying, filing, and distributing documents.
  • Schedule meetings, compile agendas, take minutes, and ensure timely completion of meeting assignments.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Three years of recent administrative or clerical experience preferred.
