**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Customer Engagement:**
- Assist customers with counter sales and technical support to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
- **Sales and Marketing:**
- Drive sales through marketing efforts, product demonstrations, and customer support to achieve revenue goals.
- Pursue new accounts and service contract opportunities to increase market share.
- **Order Management:**
- Manage customer orders and referrals to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
