Key Responsibilities
  • Take a mix of inbound and outbound calls to collect on past due or delinquent accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to resolve issues and make an impact on the business.
  • Communicate effectively with customers in a metrics-driven environment.
  • Conduct skip tracing for overdue accounts not resolved with current information.
  • Review assigned past due accounts to determine options to bring account current.
Requirements
  • 1+ years' experience in collections preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in collections, customer service, call center or customer finance.
  • Some college preferred.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
Work Schedule

Monday - Friday, 10am - 7pm, with 2 Saturdays/month and 4-week paid training.
